We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the historic center. The service was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and cozy comforters that made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests we had. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool, offering stunning views of the city. We also appreciated the free parking and 24-hour reception, which added to the convenience of our stay.

While our overall experience at this hotel was amazing, we did have a small disappointment during our stay. We had planned to enjoy the breakfast buffet, but when we arrived a few minutes before it was supposed to end, it had already been cleared away.

Some of the employees need customer service training and better communication skills.
